摘要
在海上油田生产中,潜油电泵人工举升是机采井生产的主要方式。变频驱动技术因其具有启动平稳、保护及时、调产范围宽等优势,得到了规模化普及应用。由于海洋石油平台的特殊小电网环境,变频控制系统集中应用所带来的输入谐波污染必须进行治理。本文从现场应用情况出发对典型的潜油电泵变频系统谐波抑制方法进行介绍和对比分析。
In offshore oil production, ESP are the principal means of artificial lift wells production. VSD has soft start timely protection, wide adjust production range and many other advantages, large-scale application in oilfields. But the small power grid network environment of offshore oil platforms, the harmonic pollution by the VSD system must be suppression. This paper introduces and analyzes by comparing the typical VSD harmonic treatment systems for ESP.
