摘要 华坪县地处金沙江河谷地区,其芒果产业一直受到降雨不均、干热河谷气候的影响。为了改善芒果的生产环境,实现芒果增产增收,促进芒果产业又好又快发展,根据芒果不同生长时期对水和肥的需求,设计了手自一体的水、肥、药一体化灌溉系统。灌溉系统以PLC为核心,结合多种传感器实现在芒果生长节点灌溉的精准控制;威纶触摸屏作为人机交互界面,实现实时数据显示和自动灌溉操作。灌溉系统的设计运行,弥补了芒果在生长节点对水、肥资源的需求,减少了施肥打药对人力的需求,促进了芒果的生长,实现了芒果的品质和产量的提升,为芒果产业的发展提供了有力的保障。 The Huaping country is located in the Jinsha river valley, its mango industry had always been affected by uneven rainfall and dry and hot climate. In order to improve mango production environment, realize mango yield, promote sound and rapid development of mango industry, according to mango at different growth stages to water fertilizer demand, an integrated irrigation system of water, fertilizer and medicine is designed. Irrigation system with PLC as control core combines with a series of sensor and achieves precise control of irrigation of mango growth node. Weinview touchscreen is used as HMI, to achieve real time data display and automatic irrigation operation. With this irrigation system's design and operation, compensates the demand of water and fertilizer in mango growth node, reduces the need of fertilizer and spraying on human, stimulates the growth of mango, the mango quality is enhanced. It provides a strong guarantee for the development of mango industry.
