摘要
汽车动态称重系统虽然能够适应快速称重,但其称量精度有所下降。为了在快速称重的同时保证称量精度,提出了基于改进Levenberg-Marquardt算法的动态载荷处理方法。首先通过小波变换对动态载荷中的高频随机干扰进行预处理,然后采用改进Levenberg-Marquardt算法对低频动态载荷进行拟合,最后从称重信号中减去拟合的动态载荷即可获得真实的静态载荷。仿真和实验表明,该方法可以有效地降低动态载荷对称量精度的影响,使系统动态称重相对误差小于2%,对高速动态称重精度问题具有一定意义。
Although vehicle dynamic weighing system can adapt to the high-speed dynamic weighing, its weighing accuracy declined. In order to ensure weighing accuracy and fast weighing, WIM data processing method based on improved Levenberg-Marquardt algorithm is presented. Firstly, the high frequency random disturbances of dynamic loads is filtered by using wavelet transform. Then, the low frequency dynamic loads is removed by using the im- proved Levenberg-Marquardt algorithm. Finally, the static load can be obtained by subtracting the fitting dynarlaic load from the weighing signal. Simulation and experiments show that the proposed method can effectively reduce the impact of dynamic load on the weighing accuracy, the maximum relative error is less than 2%. So it has some signif- ieanee for solving the problem of high-speed dynamic vehicle weighting.
