摘要 目的探讨白细胞VCS参数在流行性出血热早期诊断中的应用价值。方法对确诊为流行性出血热的63例患者在发热早期,以LH750血液分析仪所检测之血常规结果中白细胞VCS参数进行回顾分析,并与同期健康对照组和上呼吸道感染组进行比较。结果中性粒细胞VCS参数分布情况,健康对照组MNV:140.51±5.20、MNC:146.32±2.21、MNS:139.51±6.32、NDW:18.62±1.20,上呼吸道感染组MNV:141.49±4.98、MNC:146.21±2.32、MNS:140.23±4.32、NDW:19.56±1.21,流行性出血热组MNV:155.10±6.91、MNC:145.02±2.56、MNS:130.13±6.56、NDW:24.92±3.58,流行性出血热组与其余两组比较结果有统计学意义(P<0.05);淋巴细胞VCS参数分布情况,健康对照组MLV:82.01±2.61、MLC:106.42±2.81、MLS:55.41±3.90、LDW:13.42±0.79,上呼吸道感染组MLV:83.19±3.15、MLC:108.15±2.02、MLS:54.30±3.69、LDW:17.15±3.29,流行性出血热组MLV:93.01±5.81、MLC:109.71±3.89、MLS:51.69±5.31、LDW:22.29±2.51流行性出血热组与其余两组比较结果有统计学意义(P<0.05);单核细胞VCS参数分布情况,健康对照组MMV:168.91±4.30、MMC:117.32±4.71、MMS:84.51±3.90、MDW:18.41±1.91,上呼吸道感染组MMV:169.01±4.29、MMC:118.10±2.32、MMS:84.49±3.69、MDW:22.15±2.29,流行性出血热组MMV:182.91±4.31、MMC:117.41±3.89、MMS:81.70±4.40、MDW:24.90±2.80;流行性出血热组与其余两组比较结果有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论白细胞VCS参数能反映出血热病毒感染早期的白细胞形态学变化,可作为流行性出血热早期诊断的重要指标,具有较高的临床应用价值。 Objective To investigate the value of VCS parameters of leukocytes in the early diagnosis of epidemic hemorrhagic fever.Methods In early fever,63 patients were suspected of epidemic hemorrhagic fever,leukocytes VCS parameters of their blood results were detected with LH750 hematology analyzer,and these parameters were analyzed retrospectively,and these data were compared with healthy control group and upper respiratory tract infection group.Results Distribution of Neutrophils VCS parameters in healthy control group:MNV:140.51±5.20,MNC:146.32±2.21,MNS:139.51±6.32,NDW:18.62±1.20;Distribution of these parameters in upper respiratory tract infection group:MNV:141.49±4.98,MNC:146.21±2.32,MNS:140.23±4.32,NDW:19.56±1.21;Distribution of these parameters in EHF group:MNV:155.10±6.91,MNC:145.02±2.56,MNS:130.13±6.56,NDW:24.92±3.58.Results of EHF group and other groups were statistically significant comparison(P〈0.05).Distribution of Lymphocytes VCS parameters in healthy control group:MLV:82.01±2.61,MLC:106.42±2.81,MLS:55.41±3.90,LDW:13.42±0.79;Distribution of these parameters in upper respiratory tract infection group:MLV:83.19±3.15,MLC:108.15±2.02,MLS:54.30±3.69,LDW:17.15±3.29;Distribution of these parameters in EHF group:MLV:93.01±5.81,MLC:109.71±3.89,MLS:51.69±5.31,LDW:22.29±2.51.Results of EHF group and other groups were statistically significant comparison(P〈0.05).Distribution of Monocytes VCS parameters in healthy control group:MMV:168.91±4.30,MMC:117.32±4.71,MMS:84.51±3.90,MDW:18.41±1.91;Distribution of these parameters in upper respiratory tract infection group:MMV:169.01±4.29,MMC:118.10±2.32,MMS:84.49±3.69,MDW:22.15±2.29;Distribution of these parameters in EHF group:MMV:182.91±4.31,MMC:117.41±3.89,MMS:81.70±4.40,MDW:24.90±2.80.Results of EHF group and other groups were statistically significant comparison(P〈0.05).Conclusion VCS parameters of leukocytes could reflect early morphological changes of leukocytes which were infected by hemorrhagic fever virus,these parameters could be used as important indicators of early diagnosis of epidemic hemorrhagic fever,and they had higher clinical value.
