特色小镇规划设计方法探讨——以唐山市曹妃甸区匠谷小镇为例

Discussion on the planning and design methods of Characteristic Towns——Based on example of Caofeidian District,Jianggu town of Tangshan City

2016年8月,河北省委省政府出台《关于建设特色小镇的指导意见》,提出特色小镇建设要求。在文件指导下,进行了唐山市曹妃甸区匠谷小镇的具体规划设计工作。2017年2月14日,河北省发改委公布河北省首批特色小镇创建和培育类公示名单,曹妃甸匠谷小镇处于河北省首批特色小镇创建类名单(30个)之列。本文从项目实际规划设计工作角度出发,对特色小镇产业策划、规划布局和机制运作等方面进行浅析。

In August 2016 ,the Hebei provincial Party committee and the provincial government promulgated the ＂ guiding opinions on the construction of Characteristic Towns＂ , and proposed the construction requirements of characteristic towns. Under the guidance of the document, the concrete planning and design work of the small town of artisan Valley in Caofeidian District of Tangshan City was carried out. February 14,2017, the Hebei provincial development and Reform Commission announced the first batch of small towns in Hebei province to create and breed list of publicity list, Caofeidian Valley town is located in Hebei Province, the first batch of small towns to create a list of categories （30）. From the point of view of the actual planning and design of the project, the industrial planning, planning layout and mechanism operation of the characteristic town were analyzed in this paper.
