摘要
黄酮类化合物是植物体内常见的天然多酚抗氧化剂,在预防心血管疾病、调节免疫、防癌抗癌、调节内分泌系统、抑菌、抗病毒等方面有显著功效。综述了我国主要油料作物大豆、花生、油菜籽中黄酮类化合物的组成、结构和理化性质。重点介绍了有机溶剂提取法、超声波辅助提取法、微波辅助提取法、超临界流体萃取法等技术在黄酮类化合物提取中的应用,并对其研究现状、提取原理和优缺点进行了评析,旨在为油料作物中黄酮类化合物的进一步开发利用提供参考。
Flavonoids are natural polyphenol antioxidants in plants, which have significant effect on the prevention of cardiovascular disease, immune regulation, anti - cancer, regulation of endocrine system, antibacterial, anti - virus, etc. The composition main oil plants such as soybean, peanut and , structure and physicochemical property of flavonoids in rapeseed in China were summarized. The applications of some extraction methods in flavonoids extraction were introduced emphatically, such as organic solvent extraction, ultrasound - assisted extraction, microwave - assisted extraction and supercritical fluid extrac- tion.
