超低温用Gr8钢级无缝钢管的国产化研究

摘要 针对超低温用无缝钢管的国内外发展情况和性能指标特点,从成分设计、轧管及热处理工艺方面进行研究,设计并开发了一种超低温用Gr8钢级无缝钢管的生产工艺。研究结果表明:研发的Gr8钢级无缝钢管从冶金质量、化学成分、力学性能、抗酸性腐蚀性能等方面均满足ASTM/ASME相关规范及用户的特殊要求,且产品的-196℃低温冲击指标远高于规范设定的下限值,完全能够满足液化天然气产业及深冷设备制造业对管道的各项指标要求。 Referring to the development status at home and abroad and the performance characteristics of the seamless steel pipes used under ultra-low temperature, a production process for the seamless steel pipes with Gr8 grade used under uhra-low temperature is studied, designed and developed from many aspects such as composition design, pipe rolling and heat treatment. The research result shows that the newly developed seamless steel pipes with Gr8 grade completely meet the related ASTM/ASME specifications and the special requirements of users in all technical characteristics such as the metallurgical quality, chemical composition, mechanical properties and acid corrosion resistance. The low temperature (-196℃ ) impact value of the product is much higher than the minimum value specified by specifications, which can fully meet the requirements for any index of the pipelines used in the liquefied natural gas industry and cryogenic equipment manufacturing industry.
