摘要
创新性地将多效膜蒸馏与多级闪蒸工艺耦合,研制了基于工艺集成的水处理中试装置,解决了膜蒸馏过程热量的回收与利用问题,并通过了168 h性能测试和技术验证。试验结果表明,装置工艺设计合理,自动运行稳定,产水量为2 m^3/d,且水质良好,电导率在20μS/cm左右,平均膜通量为3.95 kg/(m^2·h),系统造水比为2.65。中试装置通过工艺集成创新,大大提高了热利用效率和造水比,在海水淡化、废水零排放等领域具有应用潜力,对多效膜蒸馏技术集成、工艺开发和设计制造具有一定的指导意义。
A pilot-scale water treatment plant was developed with complete test functions, wide ex- periment ranges and high level of automation, and integrated the multi-effect membrane distillation and the multi-stage flashing distillation. The running stability and performance tests for 168 h duration in full flow had been performed at the pilot plant. The results showed that the plant could run automatically and stably with a good performance. The water production load was about 2 ma/d with good water quality, the conductivity was around 20 μS/cm, the average membrane flux was about 3.95 kg/( m2 · h), and the system gain output ratio was up to 2.65. The pilot-scale plant can highly improve the efficiency of the heat utilization through innovation in technologies integration, and demonstrates potentials in the field of seawater desalination and wastewater zero discharge. The pilot-scale plant study can serve as a reference for the technical integration, process development and manufacturing of multi-effect membrane distillation plant.
