摘要
目的研究异常高表达CD7的急性髓系白血病(AML)骨髓流式散点图及形态学特征。方法采用流式细胞仪对确诊的AML患者白血病细胞进行免疫学表型分析,观察其骨髓流式散点图和形态学特征。结果 9例CD7+AML患者中5例M2a,1例M3,2例M5b,1例M6。其抗原表达由高到低为CD33(100%)、CD13(100%)、CD117(100%)、CD38(88.9%)、MPO(88.9%)、CD64(77.8%)、CD34(77.8%)、HLA-DR(66.7%)、CD71(33.3%)、CD11b(22.2%)、CD15(22.2%)、CD25(22.2%),CD7+AML与CD7-AML在形态学上也有显著不同。结论在AML中不同FAB分型均可有CD7异常高表达,CD7+AML在流式细胞术、骨髓形态学等方面具有特殊之处。
Objective To study the bone marrow flow pattern and morphological characteristics of acute myeloid leukemia with abnormally high expression of CD7.Methods Flow cytometry was used to analyze the immunophenotype of leukemic cells in AML patients,and the bone marrow flow pattern and morphological characteristics were observed.Results There were five cases of M2 a,one M3,two M5 b and one M6 in nine cases of CD7+AML.The CD antigen expressions from high to low were CD33(100%),CD13(100%),CD117(100%),CD38(88.9%),MPO(88.9%),CD64(77.8%),CD34(77.8%), HLA-DR(66.7%), CD71(33.3%), CD11b(22.2%), CD15(22.2%)and CD25(22.2%),respectively.There were significant morphological differences between CD7+and CD7-AML.Conclusion Abnormally high expression of CD7 was detectable in different FAB classification of AML and CD7+AML had special features in flow cytometry and bone marrow morphology.
