根因分析法在实习生护理缺陷管理中的应用

The application of root cause analysis in nursing defects management for interns

目的:探讨根因分析法(RCA)在降低实习生护理缺陷中的效果。方法:成立RCA管理小组,对2012年5月至2014年2月实习生发生护理缺陷进行分析,找出近端原因和根本原因,制定整改措施,并与2014年5月至2016年2月实习生护理缺陷相比较。结果:2014年5月至2016年2月实习生发生护理缺陷2起,较2012年5月至2014年2月实习生发生护理缺陷17起明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:根因分析法是实习生护理缺陷管理的有效方法。

[ Objective] To research the application effect of the Root Cause Analysis （RCA） on nursing defect management of nursing students. [Method] The nursing defect that happened during May 2012 to Feb 2014 were analyzed by RCA group to find out the reasons and make improvement measurements, which also be uesd to compared with the nursing defect that hap- pened during May 2014 to Feb 2016. [Result] The nursing defect incidence during May 2014 to Feb 2016 were 2 cases which is obviously lower than that during May 2014 to Feb 2016 （ P 〈 0.05）. [ Conclusion] RCA plays a positive role in nursing safety management for nursing interns.
