摘要
介绍了俞景茂教授运用疏肝利湿法治疗小儿鞘膜积液的经验,俞教授认为肝郁水停为该病的基本病机,在疏肝利湿作为基本治法的基础上佐以补脾益肾、扶阳护阴,疗效显著。并附典型案例1则,以资验证。
To introduce professor YU Jingmao＇ s experience in treating children with hydrocele of tunica vagi- nalis by soothing the liver to remove dampness therapy. In his opinion, soothing the liver to remove dampness thera- py should be applied as basic therapy to treat children with hydrocele of tunica vaginalis, then reinforcing spleen and kidney to strengthen yang and protect yin, for its basic pathogenesis is liver depression and retention of water-damp- ness. One case is attached for verification.
