介绍了刘晓萍主任医师从心论治小儿汗证的经验。刘老师根据小儿汗证的病因、病机,将本病分为两型:心阳(气)虚型治以补益心阳、固表止汗,方用附子合黄芪桂枝五物汤及牡蛎散;心阴不足型治以补养心阴、收涩止汗,方用当归六黄汤和酸枣仁汤加减,临床疗效显著。并附验案2则,以资验证。

LIU Xiaoping＇ s experience in treating infantile hidrosis from heart was introduced. According to pathogenesis and etiological factors, Ms. LIU divided infantile hidrosis into two types ： one is deficiency of heart yang （qi） , which should be treated with the prescription of Fuzi He Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction combined with Mu- ll Powder under the principle of tonifying heart yang, strengthening exterior and reducing sweat ; the other is the de- ficiency of heart yin, which should be treated with the modified prescription of Danggui Liuhuang Decoction and Suanzaoren Decoction under the principle of nourishing heart yin and inducing astringency to stooping sweat. These both have got a significant effect in clinic. 2 cases were attached for verification.
