摘要
结合中医古代文献中关于小儿厌食症的治验案例,分别从先天不足、情志失调、用药失宜3个方面分析、总结古人论治小儿厌食症的思想,即通过温补命门、疏肝健脾、合理用药的理念指导当今小儿厌食症的论治,追本溯源,总结经验,为临床工作者提供参考依据。
According to experience of some cases in treating infantile anorexia from ancient medical books, therapeutic thoughts have been analyzed and concluded from congenital deficiency, emotional disorder and improper medication separately ,these are warming life-gate, soothing liver and strengthening spleen as well as rational medi- cation. These therapeutic thoughts can be references to guide treatment of infantile anorexia by tracing to its source.
