清解合剂加减辅助治疗小儿风热乳蛾43例临床观察

Clinical observation on 43 cases of infantile wind-heat tonsillitis treated with Qingjie Heji as an adjunctive therapy

目的观察清解合剂加减联合抗生素治疗小儿风热乳蛾的临床疗效。方法将86例风热乳蛾患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,各43例。对照组予阿莫西林克拉维酸钾颗粒口服治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上口服清解合剂加减治疗,5 d后统计2组的临床疗效及主要症状、体征的消失时间。结果治疗组总有效率为97.7%,对照组为90.7%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组主要症状、体征改善时间均短于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论清解合剂加减辅助治疗小儿风热乳蛾有较好的临床疗效,可缩短患儿主要症状、体征的改善时间,值得进一步研究和应用。

Objective To observe the effect of infantile wind-heat tonsillitis treated with the combination of Qingjie Heji and antibiotics. Methods 83 patients were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given antibiotics （Amoxicillin and Clavulanate Potassium Granules） ,while the therapy group was given Qingjie Heji based on the therapy of control group. The clinical effect and the disappearing time of main clinical symptoms were compared between two groups. Results The total effective rate of therapy group and control group was 97.7 % and 90.7% respectively with statistically significant differences （ P〈0.05 ）. The disappearing time of main symptoms and signs were shorter in therapy group than those in control group with statistically significant differences （P〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Modified Qingjie Heji has a good curative effect on infantile wind-heat tonsillitis by shortening the disappearing time of clinical symptoms, which is worthy of further study and promotion.
