消蛾饮治疗小儿慢乳蛾54例临床观察

Clinical observation on 54 cases of children with chronic tonsillitis treated with Xiao'e Yin

目的观察消蛾饮治疗小儿慢乳蛾的临床疗效。方法将108例慢乳蛾患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,各54例。治疗组采用消蛾饮治疗,并随证加减,对照组予匹多莫德片(万适宁)及银黄含化片含化治疗,2组均连续治疗14 d后统计疗效。结果治疗后2组证候总积分显著下降,与同组治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组证候总积分下降幅度大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率为92.59%,对照组为79.63%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论消蛾饮治疗小儿慢乳蛾疗效显著,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of children with chronic tonsillitis treated with xiao＇ e Yin. Methods 108 cases of children with chronic tonsillitis were divided randomly into control group and therapy group with 54 cases in each. The control group was given Pidotimod tablets and Yinhuang lozenge modified according to symptoms, while the therapy group was given modified Xiao＇ e Yin. After treated for 14 days, ob- served the clinical effect of two groups. Results There was significant difference in total integral syndrome of two groups before and after treatment （P〈0.05）, and it dropped much more in therapy group than that in control group with significant difference （P〈0.05）. The total effective rate of therapy group and control group was 92.59% and 79.63% respectively with significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Xiao＇ e Yin can treat children with chro- nic tonsillitis effectively, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
