中医内外合治法治疗儿童厌食症脾失健运型32例临床观察

Clinical observation of 32 cases of infantile anorexia with dysfunction of spleen in transportation treated with internal and external therapy of Chinese medicine

目的观察中药悦脾汤联合推拿疗法治疗儿童厌食症脾失健运型的临床疗效。方法 64例厌食症脾失健运型患儿随机分为对照组和治疗组,各32例。对照组予中药悦脾汤内服治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗方法的基础上联合推拿治疗,2组均以7 d为1个疗程,2个疗程后比较2组的临床疗效。结果对照组总有效率为65.63%,治疗组为90.63%,2组总有效率经统计学分析,差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.851,P<0.05)。结论悦脾汤联合推拿疗法治疗儿童厌食症脾失健运型疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the curative effect of infantile anorexia treated with the combination of Tuina and Yuepi Tang. Methods 64 patients were randomly divided into control group and therapy group with 32 cases in each. The control group was given Yuepi Tang, while the therapy group was given Tuina therapy based on the therapy of control group. 7 days was a course of treatment, and then observed the curative effect of the two groups af- ter two courses. Results The total effective rate of the therapy group and control group was 90.63% and 65.63% respectively with significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The combination of Tuina and Yuepi Tang can treat infantile anorexia effectively, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
