病友互助护理对肺癌患者社会支持及希望水平的影响

Effect of patients' mutual help nursing on the social support and hope level in lung cancer patients

目的探讨病友互助护理对肺癌患者社会支持及希望水平的影响。方法选取2013年7月至2015年9月间广元第三人民医院收治的98例肺癌患者,按照随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,每组49例。观察组患者在常规护理基础上采用病友互助护理,对照组患者接受常规护理。采用社会支持量表、Herth希望水平量表、SCL-90症状自评量表进行评分,比较护理干预前、后两组患者社会支持相关维度、希望水平相关维度及SCL-90相关维度得分情况。结果干预前,观察组患者社会支持、希望水平和SCL-90得分与对照组相比,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。干预后,观察组社会支持及希望水平相关维度得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组SCL-90相关维度中人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、惊恐和偏执得分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论病友互助护理能明显提高肺癌患者社会支持及希望水平,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore effect of patients＇ mutual help nursing on the social support and hope level in lung cancer patients. Methods From July 2013 to September 2015, 98 lung cancer patients treated at The Third People＇s Hospital of Guangyuan were enrolled in the study and were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group according to the table of random method with 49 patients in each group. Patients in the observation group received patient＇ mutual help nursing besides routine nursing care and patients in control group only received routine nursing care. Social support scale （ SSS）, Herth hope index （HHI） and SCL-90 symptom checklist were adopted to evaluate the efficacy. Scores of social support, hope level and SCL-90 symptoms were compared between the two groups. Results Before the in- tervention, there was no significant difference in the scores of the social support, hope level and SCL-90 symptoms between the two groups （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. After the intervention, scores of social support and hope lev- el were higher in the observation group than in the control group （P 〈 0. 05）. The scores of SCL-90 in the aspect of interpersonal relationships, depression, anxiety, hostility, fear and paranoid were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group （P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusion Patients＇ mutual help nursing can significantly improve level of social support and hope inpatients with lung cancer and is worthy of popularization and application.
