心理护理对宫颈癌术后患者生活质量的影响

Effect of psychological nursing care on postoperative quality of life in patients with cervical cancer

目的探讨心理护理对宫颈癌术后患者生活质量的影响。方法选取2012年8月到2015年9月间河北省衡水市第五人民医院收治的76例宫颈癌手术患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法均分为观察组与对照组,观察组患者采用优质心理护理,对照组患者采用常规护理,综合比较两组患者治疗前后生活质量及心理情况。结果护理干预后,观察组患者SF-36生活质量量表中的生理机能、生理职能、情感职能、生活活力及精神健康六项维度评分均显著增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者焦虑、抑郁评分与治疗前及与同期对照组患者相比均较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施优质心理护理,可有效改善宫颈癌术后患者焦虑及抑郁,改善患者生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing care on postoperative quality of life in patients with cervical cancer. Methods From August 2014 to September 2015, 76 patients with cervical cancer undergoing surgery at The Fifth People＇s Hospital of Hengshui were selected as the research subjects. Using a random number table, patients were divided into an observation group and a control group. The observation group received high-quality psychological nursing during the cervical cancer surgery and the control group received routine nursing. Quality of life and psychological status were compared be- tween the two groups. Results Before nursing intervention, no significant difference was noted for each of the scale items of SF-36 between the two groups （ P 〉 O. 05 ）. After the nursing intervention, physiological function, emotional function, life vitality and mental health scores significantly increased （ P 〈 O. 05 ）. For the observation group, anxiety and depression scores were significantly lower than before treatment and the control group during the same period （ P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusion Implementation of high-quality psychologi- cal nursing can effectively improve anxiety, depression and quality of life in patients with cervical cancer af- ter surgery.
