摘要
选取18×18孔的蜂窝式SCR催化剂为试验对象,研究不同位移速率下的抗压值并提出科学的测量方法。结果表明:蜂窝式SCR催化剂抗压过程均可以划分为弹性形变和塑性应力形变两个过程,并指出以波动幅度较大的破碎值为试块的抗压机械性能的评价指标具有一定的干扰性,如:位移速率为0.2 mm/min下的破碎值为62.41、61.49和59.23 k N,再如:位移速率为2和20 mm/min下试块的破碎值分别为82.57、76.37和77.02及83.79、75.42和77.03 k N。同时,提出了蜂窝式SCR催化剂的弹性阈值的机理并计算出该种蜂窝式SCR催化剂的弹性阈值均在1.24~1.26 k N范围内,波动幅度比较小,而且通过相对标准偏差的分析可以发现,阈值的相对标准偏差值分别为0.37%、0和0.37%,破碎值的相对标准偏差值为2.68%、4.36%和5.64%,分散程度严重,从而验证了以阈值为机械抗压性能的评价指标具有可行性及合理性。
Honeycomb type SCR catalyst with 18 × 18 holes was selected as the experimental object,the compressive value was studied at the different displacement rate and the scientific measurement method was put forward. The experimental results show that the compressive process of honeycomb SCR catalysts could be divided into elastic deformation process and plastic deformation process,and then crushing value with a large fluctuation range for the evaluation index of compressive mechanical properties is unfeasible, such as, the crushing value at the displacement rate of 0.2 mm/min is 62.41,61. 49 and 59.23 kN. For another example,the crushing value at the displacement rates of 2 mm/min and 20 mm/min are82.57,76.37,77.02 and 83.79,75.42,77.03 kN. At the same time,the elastic mechanism of honeycomb SCR catalysts is researched and value of elastic threshold is 1.24 -1. 26 kN which ranged in a small fluctuations,what's more,through the analysis of relative standard deviation,we could know that the relative standard deviation about threshold value with0.37% ,0and 0.37% ,the relative standard deviation about crushingvalue with 2.68% ,4.36% and 5.64%, which dispersed seriously, so that he feasibility and rationality of mechanical compression performance about threshold value are verified.
