The Research on Applying PPP to Underground Integrated Corridor

城市地下综合管廊是近年来国家在基础设施领域重点推出的项目之一,但与发达国家相比,我国综合管廊发展还不成熟,正处于初步阶段,许多问题亟待解决,为此国家推出PPP应用于综合管廊的系列政策,鼓励社会资本参与其中。本文对PPP模式在地下综合管廊的应用进行了阐述,针对一些存在的问题,提出相应的对策和建议。

City underground integrated corridor is one of the projects in recent years in the field of infrastructure focused on the launch,but compared with developed countries,the development of Chinese underground integrated corridor is not mature,in the initial stage,many problems need to be solved,so the national launch of the PPP series of policies applied to the underground integrated corridor,encourage social capital involved.This thesis mainly analyzes the problems of applying PPP to underground integrated corridor and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions.
