基于城市空间形态整合的商业综合体设计研究——以佛山环宇城综合开发项目为例

Commercial Complex Based on Urban Spatial form Integration Design Research——Consider the Comprehensive Development Project of Foshan Huanyu City as an Example

商业综合体作为城市建筑一体化的产物,在设计要素上也继承了城市本身所具备的基本要素,这些要素有物质层面的也有文化层面的,有建筑层面的也有环境层面的,城市商业综合体本身的设计复杂性超出一般的公共建筑很多。将城市商业综合体与周边的城市空间和文脉更好地结合已经成为城市开发者和管理者都非常关心的问题。因此本文从城市设计的角度对城市商业综合体的功能要素和设计方法进行研究梳理。

Commercial complex as a product of integration of urban architecture,also inherited the city itself on design elements of the basic elements,these elements of the material and cultural level,construction level and environment level,the design complexity of urban commercial complex itself than general public buildings of many.Combining urban commercial complex with surrounding urban space and literary vein has become a matter of great concern for urban developers and managers.Therefore,this paper studies the functional elements and design methods of urban commercial complex from the perspective of urban design.
