楼梯间设计要求及现存问题研究

摘要 楼梯作为建筑物中连接各楼层的垂直交通设施,其安全性的研究显得十分重要。近几年的数次地震中,钢筋混凝土楼梯破坏严重,框架结构中楼梯的破坏尤为严重。汶川地震后,楼梯抗震性能的研究得到重视,并在相关规范中增加了楼梯参与抗震方面的要求,但仍然缺乏系统地研究。因此,本文对框架结构中板式楼梯的抗震性能进行研究。对框架结构中楼梯的震害进行了总结和分析。分析了传统楼梯设计的缺陷,介绍了带滑动支座楼梯的原理和做法。 As a vertical traffic facility connecting all floors in a building,the safety of the stairs is very important.During several earthquakes in recent years,the reinforced concrete staircases have been seriously damaged.The destruction of stairs in the frame structure is especially serious.After the Wenchuan earthquake,the research on the seismic performance of stairs has been paid attention to,and the requirement of stair participation in earthquake resistance has been increased in the relevant codes,but it is still lack of systematic study.Therefore,the seismic performance of slab stairs in frame structures is studied in this paper.The earthquake damage of stair in frame structure is summarized and analyzed.The defects of traditional stair design are analyzed,and the principle and practice of stair with sliding bearing are introduced.
