市政房屋工程建设项目施工重点的探讨

Discussion on Construction of Municipal Housing Project Construction Project

随着城市化进程的快速推进,市政工程项目日渐增多,房屋工程建设项目的数量不断上升,规模也越来越大。市政房屋工程建设过程中,要从全局出发,抓住施工重点,以此保证项目工程的施工质量。本文中,笔者首先阐述了市政工程及市政房屋工程的含义,然后从施工技术交底、施工技术应用前遵循的原则、基本施工技术、结构施工技术、施工项目管理等方面对市政房屋工程建设,项目施工重点进行了探讨。

With the rapid progress of urbanization,the number of municipal projects has been increasing and the number of housing projects has been increasing.In the process of construction of municipal housing project,the construction quality of the project should be ensured from the overall situation. In this article,the author first expounds the meaning of municipal engineering and municipal housing project,and then from the construction principles of technical clarificaiton,before construction technology application,the structure of the basic construction technology,construction technology,construction project management of municipal housing construction project construction key are discussed in this paper.
