土建工程施工质量问题及处理对策

Problems and Countermeasures in Construction Quality of Civil Engineering

近几年,我国社会经济飞速发展,土建工程作为城市发展的重要代表之一,也得到迅速发展的良好机遇。在土建工程发展过程中,政府部门应不仅注重土建工程施工项目的数量,更应注重土建工程的施工质量,这不仅关系到城市的形象和面貌,更是与百姓的生活息息相关。本文中,笔者主要阐述了目前我国土建工程施工中存在的质量问题,并探讨了相关的处理对策,以期更好地满足社会发展和公众需求。

In recent years,China＇s rapid socio-economic development,civil engineering as an important representative of urban development,but also by the rapid development of a good opportunity.In the civil engineering development process,the government departments not only pay attention to the number of civil works construction projects,pay more attention to the construction quality of civil works,which is not only related to the image and appearance of the city,but also closely related to the lives of ordinary people.In this paper,the author mainly elaborated on the current quality problems in the construction of civil engineering in China,and discussed the relevant countermeasures to better meet the social development and public demand.
