摘要
目的探讨目标教学指导下的PBL教学模式在ICU新护士培训中的应用效果。方法将2010~2013年在ICU轮转新护士39名作为对照组,采用传统带教法;将2014~2017年在ICU轮转新护士32名作为观察组,采用目标教学指导下的PBL教学模式实施培训。比较两组的带教老师和医生对新护士满意度、新护士的ICU归宿感、出科考核情况;对比传统带教模式,带教老师对新模式的评价。结果两组比较项目中,观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.01),带教老师对新模式的评价较好。结论目标教学指导下的PBL教学模式应用于ICU新护士培训中产生了良好的培训效果,提高了护理质量。
Objective To investigate the application of the BPL teaching method in the ICU nurses training which under the guidance of the objective-based teaching mode. Methods Put the 89 new nurses in ICU during 2010-2013 as the control group by taking the traditional teaching method;put the 102 new nurses during 2014-2017 as the experimental group by taking the BPL teaching mode under the guidance of the objective-based teaching, to Compare the BPL teaching mode with the traditional teaching method on assessing new nurses" satisfaction, feeling of belonging, examination by their clinical teachers and doctors. Results The comparison between the two, the experimental group was obviously better than the control group (P 〈 0.01 ), and the evaluation of the BPL teaching model was much better. Conclusion The BPL teaching mode applied in the ICU nurses was efficient in training and improving the nursing quality under the guidance of the objective- based teaching.
