激光焊接工作台运动精度测试与分析

摘要 对现有激光焊接工作台运动精度进行测试和分析。首先利用ZLDS10X激光位移传感器对工作台的往返运动误差进行测量;然后,对影响工作台运动精度的因素及影响规律进行分析,并对其影响规律利用Matlab进行曲线拟合;最后,对工作台的各个影响因素进行权重分析。结果,对焊接工作台运动精度的影响因素影响权重从大到小依次为:位移、速度、载荷。
