摘要
某大型展贸城项目总建筑面积超过20万m2,且工期紧,经过楼盖结构方案比选,采用现浇混凝土空心楼盖,在缩短工期、节约造价、提升结构性能和建筑品质等方面具有明显优势,并采用结构分析软件进行整体和楼盖结构模拟计算,实施中采取了相关措施保证其质量和完成效果。
The project has construction area of more than 200,0001112 and a short duration. Cast-in-place concrete hollow floor is selected through the floor structure scheme comparison. Through the implementation of the project,the remarkable results are got in shortening the duration,cost savings,improving the structural performance and building quality. The structural design of the project is based on Guangsha structure software to build the whole model. The hollow floor is simulated by the shell method. Construction measures are taken to ensure quality of the hollow floor .
