摘要
本文结合BIM技术进行施工模拟,并针对高层钢结构的吊装方案进行优化,钢柱垂直度采用二次校正方法,消除外框架柱每吊中由于焊接而产生的变形,提高钢结构定位测量的精度。结合施工过程中的若干关键技术,加快了施工进度并大大地缩短了施工周期,具有可观的经济和社会效益。
Based on BIM technology,construction simulation was conducted to optimize the lifting plan. By the second perpendicularity correction method of steel column,the deformation of the flame column in each crane due to the welding of steel structure was eliminat- ed, which can improve the precision of positioning measurement. Combined with several key technologies in the construction process,the construction cycle has been shortened greatly,which has considerable economic and social benefits.
