不同海拔地区藏、汉族阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者血压变异性的比较 被引量:1

Study of blood pressure variability of the Tibetan patients and the Han patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome from different altitude

摘要 目的:探讨高原两个不同海拔地区藏、汉族阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(OSAS)患者血压变异性的特点,初步明确高原缺氧对OSAS患者血压的影响,了解藏、汉族OSAS患者血压变异性是否存在差别。方法:应用多导睡眠图对研究对象进行睡眠呼吸监测,同期进行24h动态血压检查。结果:(1)同一海拔地区藏、汉族OSAS患者24h平均血压、收缩压变异系数、舒张压变异系数较同民族对照组均偏高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)高海拔地区藏、汉族OSAS患者24h舒张压变异系数较低海拔藏、汉族OSAS患者高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:(1)高海拔地区藏、汉族OSAS患者的血压变异性变大,同海拔地区OSAS患者血压变异性无民族差异;(2)与低海拔地区藏、汉族OSAS患者相比,高海拔地区OSAS患者24h舒张压变异系数高。 Objective:To investigate the changes of the blood pressure variability of the Tibetan patients and the Han patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome(OSAS)in two different altitude plateau areas and initially clarify the effects of high altitude on the blood pressure,and definite the differences between the Tibetan patients and the Han patients with OSAS.Method:Sleep apnea was monitored in patients with OSAS using polysomnography.At the same time,the blood pressure fluctuations was recorded by 24 hambulatory blood pressure meter simultaneously.Result:(1)The 24 hmean blood pressure,systolic and diastolic pressure coefficients of variation were obviously higher in patients with OSAS than in normal control group at the same elevation plateau(P0.05).(2)Comparing with the Tibetan patients and the Han patients who have OSAS in Xining,the 24 hdiastolic blood pressure coefficient of patients who have OSAS in high altitude area was higher,and the difference is statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion:(1)In plateau area,the blood pressure variability of patients with OSAS was increased,and there was no nationality difference in the Tibetan patients and the Han patients with OSAS in the same altitude.(2)Comparing with the patients in Xining,the 24 hdiastolic blood pressure coefficient was higher in patients with OSAS in high altitude.
