冠状动脉狭窄程度与血浆脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2的相关性研究 被引量:10

摘要 目的:研究冠状动脉狭窄程度与血浆脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2(Lp-PLA2)之间的相关性。方法:行经皮冠状动脉介入治疗术(PCI)的患者163例。根据术中所见进行Gensini评分,评分结果分为正常组(评分为0)53例、异常组(评分>0)110例。对2组患者的一般资料进行同质性检验,统计分析冠状动脉狭窄程度与LpPLA2之间的相关性。结果:正常组与异常组患者在性别、年龄、是否有高血压、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、Lp-PLA2等方面差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Spearman秩相关分析显示,Lp-PLA2水平与Gensini评分间呈正相关(rs=0.300,P<0.01)。Logistic回归分析结果显示总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、LDL-C、Gensini评分进入回归方程,调整相关变量后最终进入方程的有Gensini评分及TC。结论:冠状动脉狭窄程度与Lp-PLA2之间存在显著相关性,可为临床诊疗提供一定程度参考。 Objective:To study the correlation between the degree of coronary stenosis and plasma lipoprotein related phospholipase A2(Lp-PLA2).Method:A total of 163 patients with coronary artery interventional therapy(PCI)were selected in this study.Gensini scores were scored according to intraoperative findings,and the scores were divided into normal(scoring 0)and abnormal(0)in 53 patients and 110 patients.Homogeneity tests were performed on the general data of the two groups,and the correlation between the degree of coronary stenosis and Lp-PLA2 was statistically analyzed.Result:The difference between the two groups in sex,age,hypertension,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)and Lp-PLA2 was statistically significant(P0.05).Spearman rank correlation analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between the Lp-PLA2 level and the Gensini score(rs=0.300,P0.01).The results of Logistic regression analysis showed that total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),LDL-C and Gensini scores entered the regression equation.In adjusting the related variables,the final equation was scored by Gensini and TC.Conclusion:There is a significant correlation between the degree of coronary stenosis and Lp-PLA2,which can provide a certain reference value for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
