超敏C反应蛋白与冠状动脉内薄纤维帽粥样斑块相关性研究进展 被引量:14

摘要 易损斑块(VP)是导致冠心病(CAD)患者主要不良心脏事件(MACE)发生的主要因素,其中薄纤维帽粥样斑块(thin-cap fibroatheroma,TCFA)是最常见的一种VP,越来越多的学者致力于TCFA的研究,证实了炎性因子参与了TCFA的形成,超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)就是其中之一,许多研究发现hs-CRP水平与TCFA的发生有着密切的关系。 Thin-cap fibroatheroma is the most common kind of vulnerable plaques and causes major adverse cardiac events of coronary artery disease.Some inflammatory factors,such as hypersensitive C-reactive protein,are involved in the formation of thin-cap fibroatheroma.This review introduces the relationship between hypersensitive C-reactive protein and thin-cap fibroatheroma.
