基于营养成分和矿质元素含量判别银耳栽培方式 被引量:6

Indentification of different ways on cultivation of Tremella fuciformis based on nutrient contents and mineral elements

摘要 银耳中的营养成分和矿质元素与栽培环境有密切关系。综合应用主成分分析(Principal component analysis,PCA)、聚类分析(Clustering analysis,CA)和Fisher判别分析方法对20个不同银耳样品的营养成分和矿质元素进行段木和袋料2种栽培方式的判别。结果表明,3种分析方法能很好地区分段木银耳和袋料银耳,其中Fisher判别分析方法更适用于银耳栽培方式的判别。结果得出银耳营养成分和矿质元素初始分组判别率分别为100.0%和95.0%,交叉验证分组判别率分别为100.0%和85.0%。 The nutrient contents and mineral elements of Tremella fuciformis are closely related to the cultivation environment. The principal component analysis (PCA), clustering analysis (CA) and Fisher discriminatory analysis (DA) were used to study the different ways of cultivation of 20 different Tremella fuciformis based on nutrient contents and mineral elements. The results showed, that the three methods could distinguish between the basswood Tremella and bags with Tremella, and the Fisher DA was more suitable for this distinguish. For nutrient contents and mineral elements of Tremella, correct classification rates of original grouping was 100% and 95.0%, cross-validation rates of 100% and 85%.
