椴树蜂花粉抗氧化性研究 被引量:3

摘要 以椴树蜂花粉为原料,以甲醇作为提取剂对椴树蜂花粉进行提取,然后对DPPH清除率、·O-阴离子清除率、·OH-自由基清除率和还原力进行体外抗氧化能力测定,在DPPH清除率方面,甲醇组分DPPH清除能力最强,在浓度为5 mg/m L时,其清除能力接近100%;在·O-清除率方面,甲醇组分最强,在浓度为5 mg/m L时,清除率为80.03%;在·OH-自由基清除率方面,在浓度为5 mg/m L时,甲醇组分最强为29.14%;在还原力方面水组分更强。选取体外抗氧化效果较好的椴树蜂花粉甲醇提取物和最为常见的椴树蜂花粉水提取物进行体内抗氧化测定,分别测定昆明鼠血清中的SOD活性、MDA含量和T-AOC值,结果表明:椴树蜂花粉在体内和体外均有较好的抗氧化能力。 In this study, linden bee pollen as raw material, methanol as the extraction agent for linden bee pollen extraction, Then the DPPH scavenging rate, -O- anion scavenging rate, 'OH radical scavenging rate and reducing power were measured in vitro. The DPPH scavenging ability of the methanol component was the strongest in the DPPH scavenging rate, and its scavenging ability was nearly 100% at the concentration of 5 mg/mL. The methanol fraction was the strongest in the .O scavenging rate at the concentration of 5 mg/mL, the removal rate of 80.03%; in the -OH radical scavenging rate, the concentration of 5 mg/mL, the strongest component of 29.14% with methanol fraction; water extraction component in the reduction was stronger.
