抗战前后国民党在港澳宣传活动之考察

A Study on the Kuomintang's Publicity Activities in Hong Kong and Macao before and after the Anti-Japanese War

抗战爆发后,鉴于港澳战略地位上升,国民党加强了在港澳特别是香港的报刊活动和宣传工作。国民党海外部港澳总支部、宣传部国际宣传处等党政机关在港澳布置了相当规模的宣传网,但因为自身不可逾越的组织架构缺陷和派系斗争问题,严重窒碍了宣传效能的最大发挥。

After the outbreak of the war of resistance,the Kuomintang strengthened the propaganda and propaganda work in Hong Kong and Macao,especially Hong Kong,in view of the rising strategic position of Hong Kong and Macao.The Kuomintang Overseas Department of Hong Kong and Macao branch,the Propaganda Department of the International Propaganda Department and other party and government organs in Hong Kong and Macao arranged a considerable scale of the publicity network,but because of their insurmountable organizational structure defects and factional struggle,seriously hampered the effectiveness of publicity to maximize the play.
