食品营养标签是各国食品监管机构的监管重点之一。随着营养学的发展,营养标签相关的法规和标准也不断面临改革和修订。2016年,美国食品药品监督管理局对美国食品营养标签实施20年以来首次大幅修改。此次改革最受争议的规定是,要求标签上标示"添加糖"的具体数量及其每日最高摄入量百分比。新规颁布之前,利益相关方以各具特色的策略,围绕"添加糖"是否有碍健康、标签是否应标示"添加糖"展开博弈。此次改革表明,良性公共健康政策形成的关键是利益相关方以公开公平的原则进行博弈。
Food nutrition facts labels have become one of the regulatory priorities of national food regulators With the development of nutrition science, nutrition labeling related laws and standards are also facing reform and revision. In 2016, the Food and Drug Administration conducted the first huge reform on food nutrition labeling within the last 20 years. The most controversial change is the inclusion of an "Added Sugars" line separate from the total sugar line and a percent daily value for it on the label. Before the stakeholders fought a hard battle over the harmfulness of Added t of the final rule, the major Sugars and Added Sugar labeling.
