中国城镇化进程中移民城市形成及治理模式探讨

The Formation and Governance of Migrant Cities in the Urbanization in China

当前整个世界正在经历着城市化发展,人口稠密、经济聚集和多样化的城市见证着更广阔的社会转型过程。30年来的中国城镇化进程改变了中国的城乡关系,城市面临着更多的移民融入、更多元的社会结构,以及更复杂的治理问题挑战。本文分析城镇化进程中我国移民城市形成的背景、成因及挑战,思考未来城市发展中促进移民有效融入的治理新模式。

At the time of urbanization, cities of dense population, agglomeration economy and diversifica- tion, have witnessed profound changes in its social transition. Over the last 30 years, the urbanization in China has changed the urban-rural relationship. With the problems such as social inclusion of an increasing number of mi- grants and diversified social structure, cities are facing challenges in its govemance. This article examines the back- ground of and challenges that migrant cities would face and explores new ways of urban governance to promote effec- tive social inclusion of migrants.
