摘要
提出一种基于比较法的自动式高冲击台的高g值加速度传感器动态校准方法,并针对校准环境的复杂性,标准加速度传感器本身具有的误差性,对校准结果的不确定度进行灰色评定。该方法将校准系统看成为灰色系统,先用灰色准则剔除粗大误差,然后利用灰色方法对校准结果的不确定度进行评定,最后与A类不确定度进行比较,验证了灰色评定方法的可靠性。
A dynamic calibration method of high g value acceleration sensor based on the comparison method is proposed,and in view of the complexity of the calibration environment,the error of the standard acceleration sensor itself,the uncertainty of the calibration result is evaluated by the grey evaluation.In this method,the calibration system is viewed as a grey system.To eliminate gross errors with the grey criterion,the grey method is used on the result of calibration to evaluate the uncertainty.Finally,to compare with the class A uncertain degree,the reliability of the grey evaluation method is verified.
