摘要
针对现有加速度传感器静动态标定测试耗时多、效率低、成本高以及标定校准能力有限的问题,设计了加速度传感器批量测试平台。通过DSP对电机和自动锁紧装置的控制,以及倾角传感器的数据采集和限位开关的检测,对测试平台装置进行控制操作。系统设计有上位机软件,能够通过计算机上的上位机软件向控制系统发出控制指令,实现测试平台的控制,达到了加速度传感器的静动态性能测试。
Aiming at the problem that the static and dynamic calibration of the existing acceleration sensor is timeconsuming,low efficiency,high cost and limited calibration capability,the mass test platform of the acceleration sensor is designed.Through the DSP control of the motor and the automatic locking device,as well as the Angle sensor data acquisition and detection limit switch,the control operation of the test platform device is carried out.A control instruction is sent to control system by PC software to realize the control of test platform,the test of acceleration sensor static and dynamic performance.
