华北地区农业用水影响因素与保障对策研究

Study on the Influencing Factors and Security Countermeasure of Agricultural Water in North China

近年来,随着华北地区城镇化、工业化进程的进一步推进,农业用水量及农业用水占总用水量比重均呈下降态势,农业用水保障形势愈发严峻。针对华北地区各省市社会经济发展特点和水资源天然禀赋,选择河北省为典型研究区,基于1997-2012年间统计资料,通过水资源量、灌溉定额、产业比较效益、人口结构以及农业用水水质等指标分析华北地区农业用水减少的原因,最后针对现阶段华北地区农业用水保障所面临的问题提出对策和建议。

In recent years,with the development of urbanization and industrialization in North China,the security of agricultural water supply is faced with a tremendous challenge. Based on the statistical data from 1997 to 2012,this paper chooses Hebei as a representative region to analyze the main influencing factors and problems of agricultural water security in North China in terms of the amount of water resources,irrigation quota,industry comparative efficiency,population structure and agricultural water quality,and suggestions for the security of agricultural water supply are proposed as well.
