径流曲线数(SCS-CN)模型在洪水预报中的应用研究 被引量:10

摘要 径流曲线数(SCS-CN)模型是一种应用广泛的地表径流评价方法,如何通过对径流曲线数(CN)数值的确定来提高径流预报能力,对水资源有效开发利用和洪水灾害有重要的意义。本研究在湖北省松柏站,将其1983-2012年实测降雨径流数据分为模型参数率定期(1983-2003年)和验证期(2004-2012年),分别通过降雨-径流反推法和参数自动优选法计算出流域的综合CN值,根据前五天的累计降雨量对次洪进行分类,得到不同前期湿润条件相对应的流域综合CN值,然后将得到的CN值用于多场次洪进行验证。结果表明:通过考虑前期土壤湿润条件,两种方法获得的流域综合CN值均可用于本流域的洪水预报,且后一种方法的预报精度更高。 The SCS-CN model is a widely used surface runoff evaluation method. It can improve the runoff forecasting ability by determining the numerical value of the runoff curve number(CN),which is important for effective development and utilization of water resources and flood disaster. Computing the watershed comprehensive CN value by rainfall-runoff inverse method and automatic optimization method of parameters in Songbai station of Hubei Province. The measured rainfall runoff data of 1983-2012 were divided into calibration period(1983-2003) and validation period(2004-2012).According to the cumulative precipitation of the first five days to determine the classification of the flood and obtain the integrated CN value of the basin with different antecedent moisture condition,and then the CN value obtained is used for repetitive validation flood. The results show that comprehensive CN value obtained by the two methods can be used for the flood forecasting in this basin with considering antecedent moisture condition,and the latter method is more accurate.
