摘要 有效建立打击目标毁伤效果与使命目标达成效果之间的因果影响关系模型是联合打击方案评估的难点,目前计算机仿真建模是解决这类问题比较的常用方法,但是通常运行时间较长、效率较低,数学解析模型虽然能够有效提高评估计算的效率,但往往难以充分描述作战效果的内部关联关系。针对这些问题,在对联合打击作战效能基本生成机理分析的基础上,充分考虑作用效果时间延迟和不确定因果影响关系等因素,提出一种基于时间影响网络的联合打击方案评估方法,能够有效解决计算效率和作战效果关联表示不足等问题,给出上述方法的一般流程,并结合一个案例对上述方法的有效性进行验证。 The difficulty of assessment of joint fire strike alternatives is to build the causal relationship between the effect of the attack target damage and the mission reach. At present, computer simulation modeling is a common method to solve these problems, but it needs enough time to evaluate alternatives by means of simulation system, while analytic models limit the interaction and overall effect of target system. This paper fully considers the uncertain causal relation to other factors the effect of time delay. By analyzing the inherent mechanism of the efficiency of joint fire strike alternatives, the method of Timed Influence Net (TIN) based joint fire strike alternatives assessment is provided, which effectively solves the problem of correlation between calculation efficiency and combat effectiveness. This paper presents an example to illustrate the modeling process and the feasibility and effectiveness of the method of TIN for assessment of the joint fire strike alternatives.
