摘要
针对目前船舶动力空气压缩培训仿真系统大多是采用半物理仿真与二维软件界面仿真相结合方式的现状,对船舶动力空气压缩培训仿真系统进行详细研究,包括模型的建立和仿真系统设计与实现,难点是实现系统数据仿真单元与虚拟机舱场景之间实时通信,并建立完整的船舶动力空气压缩培训仿真系统的数学模型,主要包括:空压机模型,空气瓶模型,管路模型等。采用机理建模与虚拟现实仿真相结合的混合仿真技术,开发了船舶压缩系统的硬件仿真平台和软件仿真系统,增强了学员培训的效果,丰富和完善了对轮机模拟器的内容和功能,实现了具有良好人机交互界面的船舶压缩空气系统的仿真目标。
The training simulation system of ship dynamic air compression is studied, including establishment of model and design and realization of simulation system. The difficulty is how to realize real - time communication be- tween unit of system data simulation and scene of virtual cabin, as well as how to build complete mathematical model of the training simulation system including air compressor model, air container model and channel model. The hybrid simulation technique integrating mechanism modeling with virtual reality simulation is used, and system simulation platforms of hardware and software are exploited. The effect of student training is also enhanced, and content and function of marine engine room simulator are abounded and perfected. It achieves simulation target of ship com- pressed air system with wonderful human - computer interaction interface.
