深基坑支护在某高层建筑中的应用实践

Practical Application of Deep Foundation Support in a High-Rise Building

随着城市用地的减少,高层建筑不断增多,深基坑的使用越来越广泛。传统的深基坑支护在使用过程中存在着一些弊端,坍塌事故频发使深基坑的支护工作逐渐得到了人们的关注。技术人员要对传统的深基坑支护技术进行改进,根据现场的特点进行有效的规划设计,设定合理的深基坑支护方式,编制深基坑支护专项施工方案。论文以深基坑支护在蓝海瑞园一期工程项目中的应用作为切入点,介绍深基坑支护在高层建筑中的应用实践。

With the decrease of urban land and the increasing of high-rise buildings, the use of deep foundation pit is more and more extensive.There are some drawbacks in the use process of traditional deep foundation pit support, frequent collapse accidents make the deep foundation pit support work gradually become people＇s attention. Technical personnel improve the technology of traditional deep foundation pit support,effective planning and design according to the characteristics of the site, set a reasonable deep foundation pit support scheme, and prepare special construction plans for deep foundation pit support. This paper introduces the application of deep foundation pit support in high-rise building with the application of deep foundation pit support in phase I of Lan Hai Rui Yuan project.
