为研究MASONEILAN阀门与FISHER DVC6010定位器的匹配性,论文对DVC6010定位器的Vale-Link调试和使用FLOWSCANNER阀门诊断仪对阀门诊断的结果进行分析,并在大修机组进行验证,得出MASONEILAN阀门与FISHER DVC6010定位器非常匹配。可以对MASONEILAN阀门上仪控部件进行Fisher厂家的仪控部件改造。

To research the matching of MASONEILAN valves and FISHER DVC6010 positioner, this paper analyzes the debugging of DVC6010 locator by Vale-Link and the examination result of valve by FLOWSCANNER, and validated in outage units, then resulting that MASONEILAN valves and FISHER DVC6010 locator is very match, MASONEILAN valves instrument control unit can be reformed with FISHER＇s control components.
