浅谈某建筑工程设计单位的质量管理优化

Discussion on the Quality Management Optimization in a Building Engineering Design Enterprise

随着我国工程建设在世界范围的快速发展,工程设计行业也逐步跨入全球化阶段,与此同时,国内工程设计也逐步形成了多元化的竞争局面。设计阶段作为建筑工程建设的重要组成部分,其质量管理是否完善直接关系工程的使用与投资。论文基于作者在甲级设计院质量管理的经验,对工程设计中的质量管理进行了分析和探讨,希望能为设计质量管理工作的研究提供参考。

With the rapid development of China＇s engineering construction in the world, the engineering design industry has gradually entered the stage of globalization. As an important part of the construction project, the quality management is directly related to the use and investment of the project. In this paper, based on the author＇s experience in quality management of grade A design institute, this paper analyzes and discusses the quality management in engineering design, in order to provide reference to design quality management work.
