新时期高速公路管理模式分析

在我国市场经济飞速发展的条件下,现有的高速公路管理模式暴露了许多问题,其中包括粗放式管理、职责划分不明、管理主体模糊等。目前,我国高速公路面临着前所未有的发展压力,也具备全面发展的条件。如何对高速公路实施现代化的管理,有效地弥补现有管理模式中的缺陷,促进高速公路的不断发展进步,是我们当前的重要任务。论文对新时期高速公路的管理模式进行了分析。

Under the condition of the rapid development of market economy in China, the existing highway management mode exposes many problems, including extensive management, unclear division of responsibilities, vague management subjects and so on. At present, China＇s highway is facing unprecedented pressure of development, but also has the conditions for all-round development. It is an important task for us to implement the modern management of expressways, effectively remedy the defects in the existing management models, and promote the continuous development and progress of highways. The paper studies the management mode of expressway in the new period.
