摘要
通过分析公路工程施工管理中施工质量、施工进度、施工成本与施工安全等内容存在的问题,在此基础上提出了加强公路工程施工质量管理、施工进度管理、工程成本管理,并提出对工程进行安全管理的措施,从而确保公路工程的施工质量。
Based on the analysis of the existing problems such as construction quality, construction progress, construction cost and construction safety in highway construction management, this paper puts forward the suggestions to strengthen the construction quality management, construction schedule management, project cost management and engineering safety management of highway engineering measures to ensure the construction quality of road works.
