挂壁式空调由于其低噪音、高舒适性和高安装灵活性,成为家用空调市场的主流产品,但受制于结构形式,传统挂壁式空调也存在安装较费时、清洗和维护不易等问题。本文通过分析这些问题产生的原因,深入讨论了家用分体挂壁式空调的安装、维护和清洗问题,并且针对这些问题提出了一套易安装和易清洗的系统解决方案,并完成了系统设计、制作和测试。实际测试表明,基于本文提出的解决方案,安装平均时间由100分钟左右降低至60分钟左右,清洗平均时间由90分钟左右降低至25分钟左右。

Due to its low noise, high comfort and high installation flexibility, the wall hanging air conditioner has become the mainstream product of the domestic air conditioner market. However, the traditional wall hanging air conditioner also has some problems, such as time-consuming installation, difficult cleaning and maintenance. In this paper, based on the analysis for these problems, an easy cleaning and installation solution has been designed, manufactured and tested. The result shows, by using this design, the installation time decreases from about 100 minutes to 60 minutes, and the cleaning time decreases from about 90 minutes to only 25 minutes.
