彝医清浊六路学说临床意义的探析

Exploration on the Clinical Significance of “Qingzhuo Liulu” Theory in the Yi Nationality Medicine

通过查阅、分析古今彝医文献,结合自身临证经验,探讨彝医"清浊六路学说"的理论基础以及该观点在临床中的应用,认为彝医清浊六路学说在指导彝医认识疾病与健康的关系、临床各科疾病的病根病路、指导对各种疾病的诊断、制定彝医的治则治法、创立彝药的归路理论、临床选用适宜的彝药治疗疾病、认识气路上的气穴及其功效、指导应用彝针灸、按摩、拔罐、熏蒸、水膏药等外治法治疗疾病、指导人们应用彝医理论与方法预防疾病、保健康复等方面都有一定的作用与意义,是彝医临床预防、诊断、治疗疾病与康复保健的重要理论基础,在临床上有着广泛的应用空间,值得进一步挖掘、研究。

Through retrieving and analyzing the literatures of the Yi nationality medicines in the ancient and modern time,and in association with the clinical experiences,the theoretic basis of ＂qingzhuo liulu＂ doctrine and its clinical application are explored.It is believed that the ＂qingzhuo liulu＂ doctrine plays the roles in the relationship between the disorders and health,the causes of disorders in every clinical department,the guidance on the diagnosis,treating principles,medicinal selection,the understanding of points and actions,the applications of external treatments such as acupuncture,massage,cupping,fumigation and plaster in the Yi nationality medicine,etc.This doctrine is significant in the prevention of diseases and healthcare.It is the important theoretic foundation in clinical prevention,diagnosis,treatment,healthcare and rehabilitation in the Yi nationality medicine.It is predicted that there is an extensive space in clinical application of this doctrine and deserves to be further studied.
