岭南中医治疗荨麻疹规律分析

Analysis on the Laws in the Treatment of Urticaria in Lingnan TCM

目的探讨岭南中医治疗荨麻疹的辨证类型、内服中药、外用中药、传统疗法、常用穴位等的应用规律。方法按照二次文献研究方法,检索近26年治疗荨麻疹的相关文献,通过纳入排除标准,选择到目标文献49篇,再用描述性统计学方法进行分析整理。结果出现频率最高的证型依次为风寒束表、风热犯表、血虚风燥以及肺脾气虚;使用频率在45%以上的内服中药依次为甘草、防风、荆芥、当归、生地;使用频率最高的外用中药分别是防风、黄芪、白术;使用最多的外治法为毫针治疗及放血疗法;外治法使用最多的穴位为曲池、足三里、血海及肺俞。结论寓清热于补气以及祛风之中乃是岭南中医治疗荨麻疹的一大特色。

Objective To explore the application rules on the syndrome/pattern differentiation,internal medicines,external medicines,traditional therapy and common acupoints in the treatment of urticaria in Lingnan TCM.Methods Using the secondary literature study method,the relevant literatures on the treatment of urticaria in recent 26 years were retrieved.In terms of the inclusive and exclusive criteria,49 target literatures were selected and analyzed with descriptive statistical methods.Results The syndromes/patterns of the top frequency were in the sequence from the high to the low are wind and cold attack on the exterior,wind heat invading exterior,blood deficiency and wind dryness,and qi deficiency of lung and spleen.The herbal medicines for internal application with over 45% usage frequency are licorice,radix saposhnikoviae,schizonepeta,angelica sinensis and redix rehmanniae.The herbal medicines for external application with the top usage frequency are,from the high to the low,are radix saposhnikoviae,astragalus and rhizome atractylodis.The most commonly-used external therapies are the treatment with filiform needles and bleeding therapy.The most commonly-used acupoints are Quchi（LI11）,Zusanli（ST36）,Xuehai（SP10）and Feishu（BL13）.Conclusion Clearing heat,tonifying qi and expelling wind are the characteristics in the treatment of urticaria with Lingnan TCM.
